Agree! Hope some top notch lawyer makes this argument on behalf of Ms Beatty and all others who should have equal rights.
They didn’t deface a mural as that BLM painting is exactly what it is, grafitti. Check my post of earlier which defines what a mural is. They charge her for spewing grafitti, then they have to charge the peeps who painted the BLM in the street to begin with.
