You can argue about the merits of pulling down statues, but its hard to make the case that mass protests serve no useful purpose. At the very least, they provoke debate and draw attention to uncomfortable topics that it might otherwise be easier to ignore. The recent protests have forced everyone to have difficult discussions about race, class, poverty and attainment. Any serious examination of the statistics shows that were pretty far from equal, but what the figures also show is that its wrong-headed and damaging to lump very different groups together.
In these discussions politicians often lazily assume that all BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) people are the same, and that all white groups are equally privileged. But a proper look at the data shows not just that there are striking difference within BAME groups, but that the very worst-performing group of all are white working-class boys the forgotten demographic.
It might seem divisive to compare different groups, but attainment in education and in life is relative and if were to help the worst off, we have to know who they are. We should help everyone who needs it but it is vital to be able to compare groups to know whos falling behind, relative to their peers. In the UK, Bangladeshi-Brits earn 20 percent less than whites on average, for instance, but those with Indian heritage are likely to earn 12 percent more. Black Britons on average earn 9 percent less, but Chinese earn 30 percent more. What these differences tell us is that employers arent systematically discriminating between people on the basis of their skin color, and that we have to look elsewhere to see the roots of inequality.

The War Against Boys: How Misguided Policies are Harming Our Young Men
Below, posted to FR today:
they have done it on purpose
yet deny their deliberate agenda to your face
war on whites, this is just another front in the war on whites
In the past, when we’ve had social disruption, we usually see some good music come out of the situation. So far, all I see is social disruption. I feel cheated.
They're making no bones about it in Seattle:
Seattle City Council Member Suggests Firing White Officers In Massive Reduction Of Police Department
I'm with you there. Where is all the great music?
The disaffected white youth of the UK in the late 1970s brought us The Clash, The Smiths, Gary Numan and many, many others.
And conservative white have to hide who they are...and even are passed over and woman given the slot...of which she knows nothing... and men don’t want a woman boss.
“war on whites, this is just another front in the war on whites”
Carried out mostly by other whites. Self-loathing whites are the biggest enemies of the white race.
The vast majority of BLM protesters are young white kids indoctrinated to hate themselves and the group and culture they belong to.
It’s important to clearly identify who your enemy is and the enemy of whites are not so much the black’s as the white leftists, the white bleeding hearts and the white useful idiots.
“And conservative white have to hide who they are”
Maybe so.
I don’t hide who I am but I don’t advertise who I am either.
To me the sentence illustrates how important the secret ballot is.
Think of a pyramid depicting income and benefits from all sources. Draw a line from right to left near the very top. The ones above this line are the highly successful (in money terms) white males who are CEO’s, executives, and highly skilled professionals. Near the bottom of the pyramid, draw a line from left to right. The ones below this line are the single males with minimal job prospects due to limited opportunity, limited sills, and limited government benefits. There is a tendency to focus on those at the top as opposed to the vastly more numerous ones at the bottom. White privilege is a laughable concept in many areas of West Virginia and eastern Kentucky as well as many other areas.

‘mumble rap’

‘silence is violence’
If you are not publicly advocating for far left ‘democrats’ you are considered a member of a hate group who votes for the wrong party.
And employers are punishing employees for it.
You are unlikely to get any good music from kids that grew up with the internet. You can’t “instantly” master an instrument.
Great music is also highly innovative and original. You won’t get that from internet kids either.
“If you are not publicly advocating for far left democrats you are considered a member of a hate group”
I’m out here in calm middle America.
