The group will employ a full-time organizing staff of 150 in 11 battleground states. The ad buy will begin in June, with ads comparing Biden and Trump running in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. NextGen will also be ramping up its voter registration and vote-by-mail effort, particularly among young people of color, the group said.
