The Judge is setting a very bad example. Why should anyone accept a judge's ruling? Just claim you will appeal any judge's ruling and tell the judge you will get back to them. It does not matter what the law or rules says. It does not matter what that judge says because I am appealing all this and will get back to you.....
and..... of course you will love this point....... just tell the judge that you are following the legal precedent set by Federal Judge Sullivan!
