Now consider when we lowly peons have to use our gun, we dont get it back, for years, or maybe not ever.
How much money do you want to put into a weapon you might never get back, or get back in damaged condition. My buddy had a gun taken from him he didnt even use, and the police damaged it while it was in their possession. They wrote all over it with permanent marker and the finishes were damamged.
