Yes! This “selfish bastards” rhetoric seems to be standard among Dems and RINOs now. Such as our mayor of Jacksonville FL who has opposed De Santis every step of the way and last week announced that he was “exposed” (meaning he met somebody who had tested positive) so while he’s tested negative he’s “self-quarantining” and appears on the news unshaven and disheveled, indicating how much he is suffering (although he actually doesn’t have any disease at all).
He is sending out 250 deputies and inspectors to make sure every restaurant in Jax is abiding by his insane masking and shut down orders. Meanwhile, in west Jacksonville, we have black on black killings every night, not only gang bangers killing others, but bullets striking old people taking their grandkids to school, children just sitting in the car while their father was driving them back from an excursion to the grocery store, etc. Why not use that money to police those neighborhoods, stamp out the gangs, and do something to actually improve the lives of people here?
But I guess “The Mask” rules.
