This is my fear as well. If it turns out this way, the dems will absolutely feel that they have the political capital to move ahead with impeachment 2.0, with a conviction in the senate the next time around.

I hate to say it, but I would rather see a questionable biden victory than Trump having a 2nd term with the dems controlling both the house and senate. President Trump does not deserve to go out as the first president to be removed from office via impeachment, even though we all know it will be a sham.

Great than the Dems will do extreme amnesty and gain permanent control of the government. The GOP will also miss the chance to replace Ginsburg and Breyer on the supreme court, leaving us in judicial limbo. We cannot under any circumstances allow the Democrats to have the trifecta of power.
