Mr.Trump said that himself in an interview. What he actually said was very unclear.
A building full of people who are willing to do what it takes to have another teaspoon of power is going to always have leakers, unless one deals with leakers the way ancient kings did.
Many times a ‘leaker’ is used, unknowingly, to disseminate a false story on purpose...........
