Don’t fret none. Decision rejecting Judge Sullivan will be coming in short order.
The solution is to just say the court is obstructing governqance and has lost it’s standing as a judicial entity. There is no need to follow the shallow tyrannical ruling when the charges are dropped.
Flynn is then free and the lawyers can build up hours in a meritless fight

I guess I answered my own question !
I certainly blew this prdediction. Silly me, I based my predidition on the Constitution, the law, the case law, and the legal quality of the supporting briefs. Sullivan and his gangs submitted terrible briefs.
None of that mattered. The Circuit Court are fellow co-conspirators in this. They know that they now have an outside chance to delay until the Biden/Harris Administration is inaugurated and they can have Judge Sullivan throw Flynn in prison to show everyone who is in charge.
The more realistic outcome is that they will force Trump to pardon Flynn and that’s probably what they are expecting.
Sad day for the United States, our Consitution and our system of Justice.

Yes, it’s time as most of the judges on the panel are Democrat appointments.
They can drag this out and give Judge Sullivan another chance to do the wrong thing.
We’ll have to see.
Can not remember when the ruling comes down.
