Yep, seen that. They’ll use the ‘Microchip Compliance Rate’ (MCR) of his direct reports (employees, for those of you in Rio Linda) of a manager as part of his annual assessment, which is used to determine raises, promotions, etc.

I’ve worked for a couple fairly large companies. Surprisingly neither has ever participated in United fraud.

I’ve always looked forward to having a battle with them but never have.

Wanna compare charitable donations? Glad to. I’ll win.

Wanna compare time donations. Glad to.

Vacation time donated to charities? 1-2 weeks a year.

Now, go feel good about your $2 a month United way enforced “donation”

I NEVER let them push me into that. Each year, my answer was no. But as for the microchip, this will become as forced as the stupid masks.
