That’s absolutely not true. He’s only missed the deadlines for North Carolina, Texas, New Mexico, and Indiana.
Unfortunately for him, though, a bunch of states’ deadlines are within the next few days (Nevada, Delaware, Florida, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Michigan) and it’ll be very hard to meet signature requirements, etc.
