The 10th Amendment does not apply to the states when they are violating the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment rights of the people.

well, apparently he did; he wore a mask in public...most likely now half this forum will become avid mask wearers...

same here in PA; if anything illustrates how stupid this mask thing is, this does...supposedly we can’t sing because of the distance the ejecta travels in the air, maliciously waiting to infect someone; but, we wear masks so as to prevent said ejecta...

so why can’t we sing, if we are wearing protection against the thing that makes singing dangerous...? is is possible they are admitting masks don’t work...?
