Not a law passed by both houses of the states legislature then signed into law by the governor. The police are not authorized to enforce such an order, the courts have zero jurisdiction (since its not law) to impose the fine upon a citizen.

The intention of these DEMOCRATIC governors is to keep herd immunity from kicking in until after the election.

I made ours, with the heat, reworked them to a single layer for trips to pharmacy or doctors, where you can’t get out of wearing them.
