Passive acquiescence??? like all of Obama/Holder/Jarrett’s political schemes, this was planned and organized. Did not #BLM representatives visit the White House and DOJ something like 50 times? The organized riots of Ferguson, Oakland, Baltimore and elsewhere led to more DOJ control, regulations, and training upon local police forces, as well as forcing racial politics down the throats of the American population.
