NY DA, fishing for a crime..............
Vance is Manhattan DA. Son of Carter’s SecState. Subpoena is for Trump’s tax records. I don’t know what activity is being investigated, but for SCOTUS to go 7-2 there needed to be a demostrable suspicion of a crime. They wouldn’t do that for a fishing expedition.
