In the first pic I saw of this grifter, the pic with her wearing the ugly, light blue t-shirt...I thought she had an ailment, but someone said it was a snarl.
Looking at this latest (desk) pic....she does seem to have something that causes her to snarl. Maybe a light case of Bells Palsy?
Maybe just jaw misalignment.
