If this is followed through, I wouldnt be surprised to hear of a distraught individual taking potshots at politicians.
At least there appears to be some sane individuals that are already balking at enforcing those emergency orders.

When we moved from California in last 2018, we sold our house and had to deal with the capital gains on the current and deferred home ownership going back over 32 years. It was worth every penny we paid in capital gains taxes to get the hell away from California politicians.
Went to a barber in SoCal a couple weeks ago. Only one chair being used. Survey form about my health. Barber wearing a face shield. I was given hand sanitizer upon entry. They wiped down surfaces before and after my haircut, etc, etc.
These poor small businessfolks are jumping through major hoops just to stay semi-open. Now they’ll get Gavin’s strike squads to further damage their livelihoods.
When will people start disappearing in the middle of the night?

This whole shut-down stuff is starting up again to prevent Trump from cutting off the special unemployment payment (due to end at the end of July) and put in the universal basic income, where we will all be employees of the State.
That is a thought on a larger basis. If the tyrant’s brown shirts start not coming back, that might change Newsome’s behavior, or, at least, his functionaries willingness to follow his orders.
