It is regrettable that Barr did not extend forgiveness to Stone for (supposedly) lying like he did to all the others (who lied grievously) involved in the coup attempt.

Trump should do a double pardon of Stone and Flynn since they were prosecuted as the result of an illegitimate investigation.
It would be a shame if Trump backed down on that promise.

In the mean time in Baltimore County this week, they released a child rapist who raped a 7 year old 10 times. ICE wanted to detain him before release, but the courts didn’t allow it. So now we have a serial child rapist who they can’t locate and Roger Stone is going to prison.
What about it Mr. Barr, easy-peasy, it's not like the FBI resources could be used to say........ INVESTIGATE AND BRING TO TRIAL THE DEEP STATE THAT RAN THE COUP.

About a week ago I heard Stone on the Mark Simone Show on WOR...he made it clear that he didn't want a pardon.
How many Statues did Roger topple? How many businesses did he loot? He may have burned down a Wendy’s, but let’s be honest, who hasn’t done that at some point?
Let Roger sit in jail for a week or two. It might humble him. Then Trump can pardon him.
I think what Stone got from the Democrat Deep State actions against him were despicable and un-American, esp the raid on his home by a screwed up and corrupt FBI leadership and legal counsels.
However, Roger was never humble and had a nasty streak that turned him off to some conservatives.
A little humble prison pie might do him some good. Hope he stays the hell out of politics.
The conservatives, esp. the GOP, need new, more honest, more country-serving, not self-serving leaders. I’m hoping the new crop of combat veterans running for Republican seats is the beginning of something good for America.
