Wouldn't it also be unconstitutional for the dems to try to stop Trump's XOs? After all, when congress fails to act or refuses to act, XOs might be the only solutions. Yeah, Obama did the same, but, many of his XOs were truly unconstitutional, like DACA. And then, if one judge helps the democrats in blocking an XO, Trump can go hunting for a judge or court that can undo the first judge's block.
Also, isn't it unconstitutional for a single judge or even a single court, to stop XOs from the president, since, they don't widely represent the people's voices, like a president does. In most cases, those judges are unelected officials, and interpretation of the law(s) is oftentimes personal and/or political.
