My daughter is a cop in Texas. She has yet to be told what law would be violated by not wearing a mask and what ticket to write. I know of no law that has been passed by legislators that force wearing a mask in public. IMO, they might write tickets but making you pay might be hard.

Had to wear a mask once for about 5 minutes at the pharmacy, haven’t worn one since. Not dead yet, not even sick. I’m old, I’m immune compromised.
