That should be a debate question . I’ll bet there is no plan to transform. Its a marketing buzzword that will fall apart at the first poke. The groups pulling his strings are the one with the plan. Biden is just the warm body that allows the destruction of the country to happen.
Among the things they would do, is to make DC and PR states, give citizenship to 20 million illegal immigrants, remove Voter ID, institute national mail by vote, increase the number of seats on SCOTUS, and rejoin the Paris and Iran treaties.
Anything less would be a failure.

Prior to Covid our nation was enjoying the biggest prosperity in my lifetime. It was good and the working class was benefiting greatly. The left cannot tolerate this as it impacts their power so here we are - they are trying to destroy everything so they can get elected when they have no answers or plan other than proven idiocy such as “a green economy” and “social justice”.
The fundamentals of the economy and Trump’s policies are still strong and we will come back if voters support it.
