Maybe she can rest knowing she was right; dead right.

She should have looked in a mirror.

The video was an hour and a half of stupid drone behavior but it had a happy ending. Hard to believe a freeway could be that devoid of all traffic even at 0200.

if i were a lawyer which i am not i might try arguing that the protesters were more at fault than the driver.

say the driver avoided a barricade to get on the freeway. that would be illegal.

however, the protesters on the freeway are also illegal.

the cops are barricading the freeway in an attempt to protect the protesters. the general safety of the public has in a tangible sense been abandoned by the cops as a goal. the cops did not do a sufficient job of barricading the freeway entrances and protecting the protesters, by virtue of the presence of kerete and his auto on the freeway.

kerete’s company goal is to provide delivery of goods as quickly as possible. kerete’s job is to further the company’s goals by any legitimate means he can imagine. driving on the freeway is normally a legitimate activity. blocking and walking on the freeway is normally not a legitimate activity.

kerete has more legitimacy driving on the freeway at normal freeway speeds than the protestors blocking and walking on the freeway.

whoever organized the freeway blockage is also at fault as leaders and instigators of that illegal activity which puts people (including kerete who might also have been harmed by the accident) at risk.

so the fault for the accident resides with in order

1. the organizers and protesters
2. the police and their leadership
3. possibly (but only possibly, and lowest in order) kerete

in saner times, the police might allow the driver off with a warning, since he or she is usually also traumatized for life by the accident, and that had been not infrequently considered as punishment enough.

kerete might be being held in voluntary protective custody— no telling what the antifa and blm might do if he is let go. also, i suspect he has family who is currently laying very, very low, away from public view and away from the media.

This nitwit’s death threats are a lie. Her real risk was that she is alive and might do something to kill her self...like walk in the middle of a freeway in the middle of the night while wearing black.

Bam...splat...crack...squish. More popcorn!

She wasn’t protesting, she had just gone out to get a tuna fish sub.

I can guarantee you if you are driving down the highway and you see three cars stopped in the road and you drive onto the shoulder at full speed to go around them and hit somebody on the shoulder of the road you will be prosecuted oh, because you are not allowed to drive on the shoulder and that’s where you expect people to be standing if they just had an accident

Yes I’m surprised that a black man is going to be arrested for running over to white women because I thought black men were higher on the pecking order now than white women

>>I thought black men were higher on the pecking order now than white women<<

The two women were/are sex-confused and fugly. On the radical Left’s totem pole of victimhood, I think sex-confused, fugly females are higher up than black males, despite their whiteness.

Oops, if he ran a barricade it’s not gonna be good for him.
