Cognitive dissonance, or perhaps shattered assumptions theory.

She holds a world view that says Black Lives Matter is benevolent.

When confronted with reality which does not fit her worldview, she denies the reality rather than change her worldview.

Let's see ... In Karen's mind, nothing she supports can ever be bad and, most of all, Karen can never be wrong.

There are a bazillion Karens like this, and they are just as much a danger to the Republic as BLM and Antifa.
