FACT: It is illegal in the United States to sell, offer for sale or promote via any means that touches interstate commerce (which would include any communications form that crosses a state line) any drug or device intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or disorder of the human body without proof in the form of random clinical trials which are then submitted and analyzed by the FDA. This is controlled under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (Title 21 USC.) The government goes after sellers of supplements and devices on this basis all the time. The law is crystal clear in this regard; both safety and efficacy must be scientifically proved, reviewed and then formally approved by the FDA
If the mask in not N-95 equivalent, what good is it? Or is this just another attempt by the power hungry Dem masters to rule over people and subjugate them?

You can take binder clips, cut a piece of shield, and attach to a ball cap. saw it on youtube
or you can spend 35 bucks like I did and have a hat with a zipper on it . i love mine. very comfortable
i tried to do a plastic divider type sheet thing but couldnt see through it very well so I just spent the money
While procedural and surgical masks intended for health care providers and first responders, such as N95 respirators, would meet these requirements, these specialized masks should be reserved for appropriate occupational and health care settings.
IOW, you peons can’t have a mask that actually works.
Get the light drug store masks, because of summer, instead of the heavy fancy design ones.

They address the issue of communication with hearing-disabled people:
“Individuals who are communicating or seeking to communicate with someone who is hearing impaired or who has another disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential to communication, also are not required to wear a mask. Other face coverings, such as plastic face shields, may also accommodate such disabilities.”
Which other states have this provision?

Do I need to wear a face covering if I am shouting Black Lives Matter?
What if someone steals my face covering right off my head? (which I actually saw happen this week)
Mask mandates are unconstitutional.
Yup. A nanometer size virus can't possible leak out of this mask. No more than the virus can possible drift around the corner of those plastic shields they put up in the supermarket checkout.
