And let's add test kits that provide false positives/inaccurate, plus politicians lying, misleading the people in order to deny them their Constitutional rights, falsely imprison them in their homes, wreck their businesses, deny them the right to practice their religion, inflict stress and psychological harm-Can these be grounds for lawsuits as well?
The US Constitution is not - yet repealed by Mayors nor Governors .. >> shall make no law abridging the right of the people to peaceably assemble
