And let's add test kits that provide false positives/inaccurate, plus politicians lying, misleading the people in order to deny them their Constitutional rights, falsely imprison them in their homes, wreck their businesses, deny them the right to practice their religion, inflict stress and psychological harm-Can these be grounds for lawsuits as well?
As well as denying them the right to get effective treatment (HCQ plus zinc), which resulted in folks losing their loved ones for absolutely no reason other than governors in those states hated Trump so badly that they would rather 10’s of 1000’s die for no reason than for Trump to get any credit whatsoever for suggesting an effective cheap treatment for the virus
There should be a massive lawsuit for victim’s families over this

“Have you or a lvoed one suffered or died because your state govenror refused to allow you to get the Drug HCQ along with zinc, knowing full well it could have saved your loved one’s life?
Is so, call (fill in the blank), right now to get a free consultation. You could be owed millions due to the negligence, and recklessness, and depraved indifference to human life committed by your governor”
Someone must have, because the Texas mask rule says you don't have to wear a mask when exercising.

How you do this for yourself is your decision. You know “you” better than anyone. It’s your call.
I wear hearing protection around loud noise because my hearing is very susceptible to damage from loud sounds, butI only wear hearing protection when I am in a noisy and potentially harmful situation.
It blocks the loud and painful damaging sounds, but it still allows enough sound to pass through for my ears to work so I can function normally.
For those most susceptible to the latest virus, a mask would perform a similar function.
Wearing a mask while in a potentially harmful environment would block, for example, the full blast of someone’s “aerosols”, but would still allow enough to pass through for the person’s immune system to work so they can function normally.
The full blast, whether of sound or aerosols, would be too much, but a little coming through keeps things functioning as designed.
The ultimate goal is immunity for all of us and the sooner the better so we and life can function normally again!
We are social beings and sooner or later we need herd immunity If we want to be a part of the herd.
And we do ... social isolation, however well intended, is not healthy.

But ... you want herd immunity sooner, not later.

Worth reading. They make it clear that if you can keep THREE FEET (1 meter, 3.3 feet) separation, and are not in a hospital, that a mask is not needed. At all. But it is a well-written, reasonable article with a lot of citations from reputable medical journals. Well worth the time IMHO!
BTW - I wouldn’t trust squat from the WHO if given as a pronouncement. But their paper is logical and cites the evidence. I respect THAT!

The 1 meter rule has been with the WHO over several months yet our leaders require 2 meters. Apparently, 2 meter distancing is needed so that drones can correctly identify the person it is lifting a temp from and shouting an order directed at you.
