A lot of the GOP encouraged businesses to open up ahead of the Governor’s coloring book schedule.

Some businesses have been hit with hefty fines, like Taste of Sicily in Palmyra and the two Round the Clock Diners in York.

This plannedemic nonsense has made me realize that at the core I am VERY libertarian.

Taste of Sicily is going to fight their case in court, and I think the Pennsylvania health commissioner’s unsuccessful attempt to shut down the Carlisle Auto Show a couple of weeks ago may bode well for them. In that case, a state judge basically laughed the PA lawyers out of her courtroom. She pointed out that their claims about the health risks of large crowds of people without face masks were ludicrous in light of all the photo and video evidence showing the governor marching with hordes of people at a BLM protest with no mask on.
