When’s the last time you heard about anyone in the US affected by polio? Seems like that worked itself out somehow...
I think this is a non-sequitur. Minimal vaccines because there has not been a market force to design one. Clearly now the free market wants this, and as such, investment into it as a target is being made. This is nothing more than a free market response to a perceived market force.
