How would they even dispose of this stuff without an impact to the area around the disposal?

The ISIS folks are tweakers too?

They were famous for using the drug captagon (a powerful stimulant and euphoriant).

When recruits got to Syria, they started giving them that stuff right away, as part of training. They got hopped up on it before combat or suicide missions.

It was right up there with bullets as an essential supply item for them.

After a few years, they would become some strung out, depraved, PTSD powder kegs, who would basically never be redeemable as good citizens anywhere in the world.
