A House Democrat who’s a frequent critic of the Trump administration submitted a resolution Tuesday calling for the impeachment of Attorney General William Barr.
House Resolution 1032, filed by U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee, accuses the nation’s top law enforcement officer of using his job to pursue political goals.
“Today, I introduced #HRes1032, which would authorize an impeachment inquiry into Attorney General Barr,” Cohen wrote on Twitter. “He has politicized the DOJ, undermined the rule of law, abused his power, obstructed justice & violated the first amendment. He is not fit to be Attorney General.”

They are terrified of him. Barr fears no one. I believe Pompeo is another who fears no one. And I think Pompeo would make a great 2024 candidate for President.

Did Cohen miss the 2016 attempted Obama/Clinton coup entirely?
Investigating Democrats for actual crimes = impeachable offense
Investigating Republicans for fictitious crimes = OK
Maybe some prosecutions will come out of The Durham probe.

The Dems are very worried about what Barr/Durham have found and will reveal.
One might ask...if the House gets all the ducks lined up and passes this (likely by late August would be my guess), then it’d go to the Senate.
Does anyone think that that 100 Senators would meet up in the hall, with Covid-19 going on, in the midst of September, and do another two week impeachment? Some of these old guys/gals will hyperventilate with the masks on, and pass out on the floor.
Selling this to the public? I just don’t see how you gain anything for the election, and you might end up with a dozen older Senators with Covid-19.

LOL, that would be fun. Also remember 1/3 of these senators are up for re-election. They will not like not being able to campaign.
I wish they would hurry up.
