On Facebook, their event page was originally titled End Police Brutality but was later changed to Marching for Racial Equality. The Facebook pages list the event’s hosts as the groups Insurgence, Solidarity for Justice, Salt Lake Equal Rights Movement and the Salt Lake Antifascist Coalition.

Given that LEO are a bit slow to make a first public statement it will probably be tomorrow before a mob blocking a vehicle will become an act of suicide.
Word will be out this is a documented murder tactic.
No more stopping the vehicle, just punch it before the driver and/or passenger(s) are executed.
