Mississippi voted a few years ago and 63% of the people voted for the flag the cowardly republican governor and republican legislature threw under the bus because they’re scared of BLM. The governor made a campaign promise that he would protect the flag. He lied and he’ll never be re-elected. The reason? He’s a cowardly liar and betrayed 63% of the people.

The reason the Governor is doing this: The republican voters don’t vote, the Governor has nothing to fear in the next time he runs for any office.

Either the republican voters are minority or they don’t show up to vote.
