I believe this is against the Constitution in two ways.

1. Interstate travel cannot be controlled by a state.

2. Requiring a self-quarantine without proof of infection is trying to control healthy people.

I would have no problem with required COVID-19 tests at the border or even just taking of temperature.

A 14-day self-quarantine is not realistic.

Maine says they’ll accept a negative WuFlu test result from within 72 hours of entering the state.

Have you tried to get a rapid PCR test?

In my neck of the woods they’re only available for first responders.
