Interesting article. The drug smuggler was probably employed by the DEA on the CIA’s behalf.

There are two unsolved deaths of teens found on train tracks.....my theory is they witnessed a drop.

Seal did not have to be “employed” by the gubmint.

The deal could have been that the Intel facilities would maintain and gas up his planes, he’d fly the weapons and ammo down and then return with full loads of coke and get a pass as he loaded up trucks and drove off as agents turned a blind eye.

A salary? The safe “high” drug profits were the payoff.

Not to mention that X42 had a taste for the stuff. Reportably.
