Guess the plan is either to defund the police or make them all resign.

Well... if it’s NOT a felony to assault a police officer...
... then CLEARLY it won’t be a felony if/when democrats start getting assaulted!!!
See? Happy endings for all around!!!
Be careful what you wish for, Dems.

you aren’t a lesser person under the law if you’re part of law enforcement.
this needs to end
because then the next group of people are white men
because we are already so heavily legally discriminated against already

How about make it a misdemeanor to beat the living #### out of a state senator from VA?

Supporters of such defelonization are deserving of defenestration.
The Third Defenestration of Prague (1618) had a VERY appropriate outcome.

Next, Virginia will pay bounties for assaulting cops.
Time for Atlas to start shrugging.

Better yet, a reward for beating up a liberal state senator. And free one way helicopter rides for ANTIFA members.

Border Patrol already live with this. We have been told that if we are assaulted that it was only done to avoid arrest and the usaa will not prosecute for it.
An agent I work with was assaulted on duty a few years ago and the usaa declined to prosecute so he went to the police and filed as a private citizen. The guy was convicted and got 5 years.
