For short periods of time, yes. I have been wearing one at work since March. I have daily symptoms of fatigue and fuzziness and lack of focus. Each sympto. Resolves within an hour or two of getting home. I usually work 12 to 15 hour days.
It is ridiculous to breathe in mask particulates. The lungs do not take kindly to it, esp as it accumulates. Evidence: see mini g history, firefighters and 9/11 first responders.
