A broken clock..
The world is upside down; let me know when dogs start living with cats.
Mr. Pompeo,
Why should anyone care what you say?
What difference does it make if I am Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Jordan... and you sell my your US made Cisco crap with back-doors built in or if the Chicoms sell me their systems for far less that perform far better but have their backdoors built in?
Besides, it was the US that moved to China when costs were low and that is where even much of your Cisco stuff is made to this day. But now when it no longer fits the musical tune of the day everyone is supposed to care and dance to the new song of the day you decide for everyone to dance to?
I have an idea, how about the US leads by example and has a steady long term plan and doesn’t change their mind every 10 years - China great (1990s - 2010), no no no China bad...
Even the Chinese don't use Chinese products when it really counts. :)

Boris Johnson must be taking bribes from the Chinese communists.
