I know that elections are a state issue, but if a state seeks to cheat (as California seems to be doing), wouldn’t it be a violation of someone’s constitutional rights by having their vote diluted?

Let the lawsuits begin. How many invalid ballots does it take to not count a state's electoral votes for a presidential election? One, 1 percent, 10 percent?

Since the dems like to use statistics and unproveable models for all of their other "science", it sounds like the 2020 election should be in question as far as counting California electoral votes.

And because Biden is leading in so many other states already, it's not like he needs California to put him over the top!
