The term “Native American” applies to everyone born in the USA, even if they are not Natural Born Americans, due to the anchor baby thing.
EX: Kamala Harris is a NA, but not a NBA = ineligible for POTUS, VP or Speaker.
Obama was neither NA or NBA = ineligible for POTUS.
