This. I don’t know if folks on here live in a bubble or what, but upper middle class white voters, especially women are absolutely turning on Trump and in big numbers. I am somewhat shocked in how many BLM yard signs I see in my neighborhood which is mostly white mostly upper middle class.
Spend a little time on Facebook and Instagram and you’ll see countless suburban white women virtue signaling about racism etc.
I’m not saying anything is the fault of Trump but these woke suburban moms associate racial unrest with Trump plus they hate the tweets etc.
Suburban white voters are going to be reason Trump very likely loses. And it’s going to make places like Texas way way too close for comfort. The Beto coalition is being reassembled.....he built his strength in the wealthy white suburbs.
I would tend to agree, most people are shocked and appalled at cancelling and proposals to eliminate police. However voters seem to separate that from Biden. Lots of polls have been taken in the past week where all of this craziness has been baked into the cake.....yet Biden’s lead continues to grow.
Not sure that matters then. An unenthusiastic vote for Trump counts the same as an enthusiastic vote. He’s not adding to his total.
Chicken Little’s moaning over fake polls will get mocked.
I see the exact opposite effect on Facebook and Twitter.
Former Democrat women (and men), of all colors, are deserting the Democrat party by the Millions.
I did my own un-scientific poll. Over a week's time, I talked to more than a thousand people in a place that used to be about 50/50 politically.
Only 2 people, TWO PEOPLE, from that whole week support the commie/anarchist terrorism, the mask requirements, the shutdowns, the whole Democrat election-year campaign of terrorism.
What an abysmal poverty of mock.
Trump follows the media. We have seen a slight flurry from him after Carlson’s program... just as we used to see some response after Rush would get on him a bit. It’s all measured.
Fraud, nothing has been done to stop or curb it. Count on it.

Do you know anyone who voted for Trump in 2016 who will vote for Biden in 2020?
Thus, if no 2016 Trump voters are voted for Biden in 2020, there is no way that Trump can lose.

People love to knock polls, but this is a state poll, which is typically much more accurate.

No - but there are a lot of thoroughly brainwashed 18-22 year old Gen Z'ers who were not yet eligible to vote back then, and four more years of conservative seniors have died off. I would not be surprised to see Generic Democrat get more popular votes than in 2016, even if this writer's Electoral College prediction seems far too optimistic for the Democrats.
