Same here in Washington. I go to the guns stores just to watch and the shelves are pretty sparse.
Just ordered some more ammo on line.
They had some ammo at the store. 9mm .45acp and not much else.
If you can get into chop raz may just give you an AR.
I was in the Cabela’s in Louisiana over the weekend. LOTS of people at the gun counter. White and Black. Mostly middle age folks. Zero 9mm ammo. 4 boxes of .223 on the shelf. This was on a Sunday morning.

My daughter and son-in-law live in North Idaho, close to Spokane. He is a LEO and she is the best shot at the gun range. They also have a gun range on their back 40. Great house out in the country.
They and many neighbors upgraded weapons because they are afraid that WA crazies will come to ID and start forest fires. Fire risk is always pretty high up there and Republicans rule.
