Kagan and Sotomayor can be counted on in almost every SCOTUS case to vote against both the rule of law and common sense. They have become partisan legislators instead of impartial jurists.

after Trump schlonged Hillary That's totally disgusting thought. President Trump has our most beautiful ever 1st Lady. Even back when he was a horny teenager, he would have never "schlonged' such a skank.
Vince Foster made that mistake, and look what she had done to him.

I used that phrase because the Lefties hated it - and mainly because they hate Trump and he has used that language. It isn’t meant to be taken literally (if, that is, “schlonged” is actually a word, which I don’t believe is the case).

‘bout time the SCOTUS came to their senses. 7-2, not bad.

"I think its a lot worse than that. Every June we sit around waiting for the decrees of the philosopher kings on the issues of the day. Its a disgusting affront to the republic." We are a nation of laws. Someone has to decide controversies about the law. That's what courts do. Some controversies make to the highest court, and they make a decision. I don't what alternative you have in mind.

It’s a political court, there are liberals and there are conservatives, Mr. Roberts should know this.

The other two actually *agreed* but wanted to make a point that this decision should only apply to this law and should not be construed as precedent for other laws. Thus in terms of the actual issue, it was 9-0.

Ummmmm, Kagan and Sotomayor were in the majority, not the dissenters. Have you checked your meds lately?

See post 31 - technically ALL of the Justices did. And you’re a bit wrong on what the law does, it actually denies illegal aliens rights they claimed they had.

See post 31. It basically was a 9-0 decision except two just wanted to say that it wasn’t to be used as a precedent for other laws.

Whoops, for some reason the Kagan/Sotomayor part didn’t load when I read the article the first time. Sorry and never mind.
