holy crap...bubba changing his story

this is worth a read

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8454261/Bubba-Wallace-insists-rope-NASCAR-garage-straight-noose.html

‘I actually got evidence of what was hanging in my garage, over my car, around my pit crew guys, to confirm that it was a noose. And never seen anything like it.

‘I talked to my crew chief about it. I wanted to make sure we weren’t jumping the gun.

‘I said “this isn’t a knot?” He said, “Bubba, this isn’t something that can be done within a second of just tying a knot and being on the way. This is something that took time.”’

So shouldn’t his crew chief have known better?

I'll say it took time. Same pull rope knot pictured in 2017 thru today. They need to hire some boy scouts to teach knot tying maybe.

“‘I talked to my crew chief about it. I wanted to make sure we weren’t jumping the gun.” - Bubba

Then, apparently, his crew chief and the leadership of NASCAR encouraged Bubba to step in it on the national stage. Now Bubba has something on his shoe, it stinks, and he can't get rid of it.

Bubba has been sabotaged by his so-called NOOSECAR friends. The NOOSECAR leadership needs to be banned for life.

Properly tied knots take time. It could have been a non-slipping kreh loop knot that looks somewhat like a hangman’s noose, but it doesn’t slip like a noose. If you were tying a loop for a door pull, you would have wanted a non-slipping knot, otherwise the loop was cinch up on your hand and you would need your other hand to free it up. Someone who knew knots tied it, and tied it properly, so yeah, it took time.
