Much of the MSM is based in NY. Might we require two weeks (paid) quarantine before they can go cover Trump in Tulsa, riots in Mpls, etc.? How about elite lawyers, entertainers, businessmen, lobbyists, political staffers or spouses, and other high profile NY libs. Lock them down for two weeks every time they want to leave NY.

The Clintons, their staff and secret service detail lives in NY. IIRC Soros does too. Add them to the list.
