This "Fund-raising" is agit-prop......what we really need to know is:

At the end of April Biden was behind Trump by $187 million (NY “Faux News” TIMES). So Biden made a little ground in May and maybe, maybe, even in June. But he did not make up $187 million deficit. Plus, Trump can dump his own money into the campaign. Without Ukrainian or Chinese money Biden does not have the personal fortune to dump millions into his own campaign.
