Did he order the COVID19 patients into the nursing homes or not? Was there capacity elsewhere for these patients or not? What the “federal government” told him or didn’t tell him is completely irrelevant.
So he doesn’t address the issue, but is he in effect saying that no, he did not order the return of covid victims to their nursing homes?

BTW, Cuomo didn’t just order the WuFlu patients back. He allowed positive staffers to continue working at their facilities until last month.

On March 13, Fedzilla relaxed the regs allowing nursing homes to refuse.
On March 25 Cuomo ordered patients sent back.
A few facilities refused, but most didn’t.
The question is why.

Where did they issue orders to do this? From what I understand it’s only NY, NJ and Calipornia!

Note to Scalise: Here’s something to look into...were patient outcomes for Medicaid/Medicare dual eligible patients worse than for patients with Medicare or with Medicare and Medigap.

My goodness, who would call ‘his honor’s office’ the blame, the office is a solid, well built item, he on the other hand is a human object, (I think) that makes decisions and HIS decision was to move people with the virus into nursing homes because he wanted less people in his State...less people in his State, according to his mind set, means more money in his pocket...don’t know how that works, but he seems to think that...
Yes, HE did this and he can’t put the gel back into the tube now, he has gotten caught, he can blame, he can lie, like he always does, or anything else, but we caught him and now he has to own up to it or the POS he has always been and always will be.

This is the first I have read that Andrew Cuomo was from the ‘Dindu Nuttin’ family.
Since you mention population, interesting factoid: More people have died from WuFlu in NYC this year than the net population gain for the city in 2019.
