Hate to say this but the thinking of big thoughts about maybe starting to ponder actually getting the bad guys is still in the early planning thought stage.
They should anticipate having to equip all involved, including grand jury pool, with winter clothes, boots, parkas and vehicles for cold weather transit. Some roads may be closed by heavy snow and ice storms then. It will be freezing in February, 2021, or is that 2022? /s
