In W, NW, SW & Central WI a dedicated group of progs fought zer0’s transmission lines tooth and nail for well over 7 years. They lost in the courts.
We did pass a *solar farm* (maybe 5 acres??)in West Central WI the other day. Can’t see how it produces very much power, but we were driving and had no time to estimate # of panels. They were relatively small ones, tho. Maybe 4x6 feet(?) Hard to tell from the road, even at 35 mph.
There will be more infighting. About all I hope for any longer is delays.
