Legalize it, tax it and watch the tax revenues rocket up.

Tax it at too high a rate and people will just continue to buy from the existing black market.

IMO states ought to set the rate below the revenue-maximizing level, in order to take more business away from criminal sellers.

Load of bullshit. I know lots of people who smoke weed for various reasons. No one is ever violent. Weed does not make a person violent or crazy or hysterical. It makes people relaxed.

then that MUST mean you're on heroin now because most people here KNOW it's a gateway drug. A person can't just smoke it and enjoy it because they MUST get violent and go to stronger and stronger drugs. I've read it here many times.
