If you didn’t know any better, you’d think that firing a federal prosecutor involved some sort of game of chance. Or maybe a feat of strength, like an arm-wrestling contest. And Barr lost.
He showed up at the office this AM and said he was going to work, so I guess not.
Berman isn’t going anywhere. A friendly democrat federal judge will issue an injunction to stop his removal.
